Role of MasterSource Solutions
MasterSource Solutions acts as a procurement and sourcing intermediary. We assist clients by identifying, purchasing, and coordinating the delivery of products from reputable suppliers or manufacturers.
Products and Services
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and availability details are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them without prior notice.
Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item due to manufacturer variations. While we strive to ensure accuracy and quality, MasterSource Solutions does not manufacture, own, or control the products sold through our platform unless explicitly stated.
Accordingly, product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices may be subject to change without notice.
Availability is subject to change based on supplier stock, and certain items may be offered as special orders requiring extended delivery times.
Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in JMD$ and are subject to applicable taxes, duties, and delivery fees.
Orders are processed only after full payment is received unless otherwise stated. MasterSource Solutions reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or payment discrepancies.
Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for guidance and may vary depending on supplier location, customs clearance, or shipping conditions beyond our control.
MasterSource Solutions shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities, or losses once goods are dispatched by third-party suppliers or carriers.
Unless otherwise stated, all import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the consignee.
Returns and Refunds
We take pride in ensuring that each order meets our quality standards. If an incorrect, damaged, or defective item is received, please notify our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery for review and resolution.
Special order and custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of damage or defect upon receipt.
All approved returns must be shipped in their original packaging, and customers are responsible for associated return costs unless otherwise agreed.

Special orders are processed based on client specifications and supplier availability. Once confirmed, such orders cannot be cancelled.
Customers are responsible for any shipping, customs, or courier charges associated with returns or exchanges on special-order items.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MasterSource Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products sourced through our platform.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the service fee or order amount paid to us directly.
