Return & Refund Policy
At MasterSource Solutions, we take pride in ensuring that each order is handled with care and accuracy. Our goal is to deliver high-quality products sourced from trusted suppliers both locally and internationally.
As a procurement and sourcing platform, we act as a facilitator between clients and suppliers. Therefore, all returns and refunds are subject to each supplier’s individual policy. However, we will always do our utmost to assist you in resolving any issue promptly and professionally.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:

You received the wrong item,

The item is defective or damaged upon delivery, or

The product received is significantly different from its description.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective upon receipt:

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team at:

Include your order number, item details, and photographs (if applicable).
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide guidance on the return procedure and liaise with the supplier to facilitate approval.
Please note that return shipping, courier, and customs costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless the supplier confirms otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the supplier confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item. The processing time may vary depending on the supplier and payment method used.
Refunds will be made to the original form of payment, minus any applicable shipping or handling fees.
If a refund cannot be issued, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
We will verify the issue with the supplier and arrange a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
Once a special order has been confirmed and payment processed, it cannot be cancelled, as goods are procured specifically at the client’s request.
For standard items, cancellations may be possible before dispatch.
